How long can the human body survive with food or water?

I take it you mean without (with, up to about 120 years if you take good care of yourself).

Without, only a few days, and faster if conditions are very dehydrating. It's water, not food, that's the limiting factor, but keep in mind that there is some water in most food, so if you ate and did not drink, you'd be able to go for a while.
