@jespah,
Wohooo! Well done, skinny!

Do you remember what the price for winning the race was? I have conveniently forgotten.

BMI is 29.8.

I am no longer obese. I am now overweight.

I did it. Very Happy

You did it!

+5+5+5+5+5+5

Now that you've shattered this goal, do you have another one, or are you going to focus on maintaining for a while?

Cheers

@Cycloptichorn,
Thank ya! Smile

Healthy BMI is next on the agenda, and I believe that happens at 154 lbs., so I've got another, erm, 30.8 to go. Probably will not happen this calendar year.

Pretty frickin' awesome jes! I do a double take when I realize you've lost almost what I weigh. That's legit.

Gotta crank it to the next level - take your workout up a notch. With all the activity you've been doing, you're likely ready for this. Pick something mega-challenging, run a marathon, etc., and really f'ing kill it!

I hope you know that I've been inspired by this thread to lose some weight and get in better shape myself, thanks!

@Cycloptichorn,
Oh mwah I'm so glad!

Marathon -- eek -- we do have a 5K this coming weekend, and have been training by doing one every weekend (just 2 laps around the Chestnut Hill Reservoir). In 6 or 7 lbs. or so, I'm gonna finally be smaller than RP for the first time since '90.

I am ... Rob ... it's such a strange thing to say sometimes. I realize I'm now one of those people that they show in the ads and next to them is a big old asterisk. You follow the asterisk and it says results not typical.

Yep, until the supply runs out, which should be in November.

@jespah,
Great success, jespah, congratulations! The BMI under 30 was a real milestone - you look great and through the lines one can read that you feel great too!

What are you doing after Alli runs out?

@CalamityJane,
I'll keep doing what I've been doing, just not taking a capsule before every meal. I did go off alli for about 5 weeks during the Summer, to see how things would go, so I've done this before. Looking forward to not having to remember it -- it really hasn't bothered me to take it but it will be nice to not have to remember it (I got enough on my mind ... Wink).

PS Thank you.
