If I make some juice from a juicer and keep it in the fridge, how long before it goes bad?
@emagalha,
The whole point of fresh juice is to drink it now, while it "lives," with the nutrients and whatever. The longer you keep it, the less reason to drink it. (in my not ever humble opinion).
Of course, Edgar is correct. But if you want to keep your squeezed juice in a bottle for a long time (in the event of nuclear attack, etc) you should make sure it's shelf stabilized. I'm sure there are methinds of doing this on the web.
This website has some good guidelines and storage tips:

It depends on how much vodka you have added. A splash of Bitters and a jigger of absinthe ought to do the trick.
