I was just getting ready to ask for a clue, but Mac beat me to it. You do know, Fealola that we don't use TV movies? Not that that would make any difference at the rate I'm going. I am stumped.

Mac- I've got to give it to you, because I screwed up just alittle.

He played William Randolf Hearst in Cats Meow 2001

and Richie Rich's father in Richie Rich.

FDR in Annie and other films

Rockefeller in Nixon

in 2002, he played the Headmaster in Emporers Club with Kevin Kline (which I didn't ist) and I wrongly put down that date for the time frame.

Oooh I just read the new posts, and I really confused you. I usually don't pay that much attention to the dates, but I'll be more careful from now on.

Gotcha on that TV movie rule though!

Well, all I can think of is Kiefer Sutherland. I can get him to match all except for "brother of dead man".

FBI Agent - Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me
Rapist/murderer - Eye for An Eye
Doctor - Dark City

So, I guess it's probably not Kiefer. Sad

I thought it might be James Spader but cant really match everything either

Kiefer Sutherland is the correct answer. In A Time to Kill, he was the brother of one of the rapists who Samuel L. Jackson kills (if I'm remembering correctly).
