I vaguely remember The Kidnapping of the President. But congrats, that was probably a tough one! (Or did you recall my extreme sentimentality about Brigadoon? It was the first play I ever worked on...)

And further personal trivia - my mom says that my dad looked just like Van Johnson when she met him in 1953... Very Happy

I knew Brigadoon was a favorite of yours and I remembered your passion for heather. Van Johnson was a real heartthrob in the late forties and early fifties and he looked so cute in bellbottoms and a sailor hat. I still have an early movie mag photo of him in that outfit. And the gals all loved his freckles, too. Laughing
