Wow. I hope you're right Mac. I admit I don't know who he is and the only movie you've listed that I have seen is Shipping News.

I don't actually remember him in Shipping News. (IMDb says he was Beaufield Nutbeem.) In Notting Hill, he was Hugh Grant's very bizarre housemate.

Yes you are right Rhys IFANS it is, he did play the peculiarly named Nutbeem in Shipping News, he was the lanky Englishman with a dry sense of humour who worked on the paper as the foreign news editor, do you remember now ?

He was hilarious in Notting Hill and clearly has a future, not the conventional actor type, then neither is Kevin Spacey and he is doing pretty well !
