Are you saying they want to send him home this morning? (Not sure due to the reference to "tomorrow" and time differences)

Hope he can stay until he's comfortable being home alone. Not to mention, he needs to be pampered all day today... Happy Birthday, Merry Andrew! May your head nurse be adorable.

A rehab transitional place makes sense to me..
Roger did that before going home. Hope that's possible.

I've gone that route a number of times with my Mom. The social worker has a
list of places with vacancies and soon-to-be vacancies. I ran them by Mom's
PCP and he was able to point out the better ones, though he wouldn't make a
specific recommendation.
