One time I made the mistake of walking from Greektown back down to the RenCen (where the plaza in your pic is) at night. I had flown in on business and the damn People Mover broke down, and I didn't have money for cab fare... bad decision on my part. I'm truly lucky to have made it out of there alive.
If you're driving through Detroit on the freeway, and you get off at the wrong exit, you better be well armed.
