First, I will admit I haven't read most of the posts on this thread. Really, all I see is:

Think of the implications... that a Republican conservative (an incumbent no less) even has a shot at Georgia really shows how much the country is shifting to the right. Who ever thought a white man running on social conservatism would ever be able to win a Southern state!

I don't know if the Democrats can find a way to regroup. I sure hope so.

And now we're stuck with only 58 or 59 Senators on our side, man. What a weak accomplishment on our part, to pick up 8 or 9 seats in the Senate, why I don't know how we'll get anything at all passed...
