Interesting how it varies by region. Here you can usually expect to pay more to a private seller than a dealer (by the time you're done with the deal - dealers often cover all the government paperwork that needs to be handled - that's time and money).

craigslist, u can search for the vehicle u want, ive been on there hours lookin at bikes, buick regals, and a few other "gangster" ntoch back cars.
