Cheney's deferred Halliburton compensation

If these congressmen knows about all this hanky-panky, why are they lining up to approve the 87 billion request? Are they afraid they might be called "unpatriotic?" Some of these congressmen/women need to visit the schools, hospitals, and jails at home. They've lost all perspective of how our tax dollars are being spent.
