Osso was looking for her new coptic ring. Osso loooooves ethiopian food, but not usually from this vantage point. Still, from the floor she cannot help but notice all the, uh, slippery bejewelled dignitary feet.

Are those Ratty's shoes? Why those jewels are very dull. And look at the heels. Why, they are .... round.

Round!

Jes, please don't say anything about this as I'm not certain that it's factual but.......................................

Osso has been doing paint on velvet stuff in order to keep food on the table. Isn't that a sad commentary on what art has come to in this country?

As for Slappy, he can't keep his own shoes tied, let alone lace anything else.

Hmm...okay, I admit it...I use Hamburger Helper, but only at home, and only when cooking capybara. I was inspired by this tidbit of info one day, and only had Hamburger Helper on hand (a gift from an orphan who was staying with us for a while):

"Today, capybara is hunted throughout most of its range for meat, hides or to reduce crop damages. Although there might have been local extinctions, capybara is generally not endangered."

Needlepoint
I heard that Roger is teaching Gautam how to needle pointe. Their first project is a 12 ' x 12' canvas of Marilyn Monroe in a granny gown.

Gautam
Gautam, your description of a bloop stick reminds me that it is a really quirky and fun-to-say conjuction of words all about beautiful smooth spheres of different sizes stacked together on a strong grippable shaft.

And in your setting, could it be a beach ball?
