So welcome to the Socialist States of America. More than 50% of americans bought a bill of good not worth spit. As you can already see we sure got smaller government right. I say we are going to be hated by our grandchildren for giving them a 15 trillion dolar debt when this administration is through. Say good-bye to the middle class and your hope of being able to buy a home anytime within the next ten years. Say good=bye to your guns too.

And why aren't we out of Iraq??? Or Afghanistan? ?? If it's really true, as many libs claim, that the demon Bush lied us into a cruel war in Iraq, why hasn't Obama brought the troops home? Maybe now the libs will have to start protesting against Obama for being a warmonger. I'll begin:

Out now! Out now! Obama lied and thousands died!

@Brandon9000,
That's funny Brandon..

So.. do you have evidence of thousands dying since Obama took office.
Do you have evidence of Obama sending troops into either country?

Do you have evidence you have a brain at all?

Well, the liberal attitude for which Bush was criticized is that the war in Iraq was bogus and should be stopped. Obama has not brought the troops home and doesn't plan to do so in the near future. Certainly Americans and Iraqis have died (in this bogus war) since Obama came into office, and certainly they will continue to do so as long as our soldiers are there. Obama could bring the troops home now if he wanted to. Therefore, Obama is a warmonger.

Obviously, this isn't what I believe, but if the logic is true for Bush, it should be true for Obama. You can talk more and drag it out, but ultimately you can't win because I'm right.

Um. He is planning to do so in the near future. Remember? As far as I can tell, they are already moving forward with the planned 2010 withdrawal.

This is unrealistic. It takes time to move 150k troops and equipment in and out of a country halfway across the world. Without totally abandoning the place and all our stuff there, we have to draw down slowly. And that's what's happening. In fact, this is the exact same argument I made when you bunch of morons complained that we 'couldn't have a timeline.'

WTF Brandon. You aren't right. Bush tried to commit us there until 2015. He started this insane war and then left the mess for the other side to clean up, just like we all knew he would. To compare the person who created a mess to the person tasked with cleaning it up, and declare an equivalency between the two, is asinine. Almost as asinine as declaring 'I am right' like you did. You clearly are not right.

Here is what his plan seems to be:

Quote:
"By August 31st, 2010, our combat mission in Iraq will end," said Mr. Obama.

Roughly two-thirds of the 142,000 U.S. troops now in Iraq will come home. The remainder, 35 to 50,000, will stay behind as a transition force. In time, they too will leave.

"I intend to remove all U.S. troops from Iraq by the end of 2011," he said.

The source is:
http://www.voanews.com/english/archive/2009-03/2009-03-01-voa16.cfm?CFID=169921112&CFTOKEN=25321251&jsessionid=88306dc6e79c40cd7da76875854101b61c1c

I'll tell you one thing, it doesn't take two years to move the troops and all significant property home, if that's what you want to do. Many libs have said that the war is absolutely bogus and that the deaths from the combat are a huge human tragedy. Since President Obama is not bringing the troops home for several years, then according to this and similar logic I have heard from libs, he is a warmonger who is personally responsible for many deaths and should be impeached and then tried for war crimes.

That has to be one of the stupidest conclusions I have ever seen. Not removing troops immediately in no way leads to a conclusion that Obama is a warmonger.

In case you didn't realize it, Bush sent US troops into Iraq when there were none there. That is quite a bit different from not yet pulling troops out.

According to the BBC and Reuters Obama wants to send or is in the process of sending 10,000 more soldiers to Afghanistan.

@parados,
So now you want to change what you said?

Here are your exact words...
Quote:
Do you have evidence of Obama sending troops into either country?

I showed you evidence of Obama wanting to send or is in the process of sending troops to Afghanistan, and you say it isnt Iraq.

You said EITHER COUNTRY, you did not specify Iraq.
Dont change the question when you dont like the answer.
