@H2O MAN,
No, it looks like Bush's last meal didn't agree with him or he's been sneaking wine from the next table. Just what did he accomplish with the Venezuelan dictator as their oil flowed into the US?

Maybe they had time to discuss mutual friend, domestic terrorist, and Marxist, William Ayers, who is a director of the Miranda International Center, a leftist think tank funded by Hugo Chavez's Venezuelan government?

http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2008/10/william_ayers_and_hugo_chavez.html

"Barack Obama's original political sponsor Wiliam Ayers has ties to the Hugo Chavez regime that apparently continue today. Here's how Hugo Chavez advertises Ayers as a member of the directorate of the Miranda International Center, a think tank funded by the Venezuelan government. There is zero doubt he approved of this description of who he is below on the Venezuelan government Web site. I translated it into English for you:

Bill Ayers
USA
[email protected]
212-576-8274

William Ayers was the leader of the revolutionary and anti-imperialist group The Weather Underground which initiated armed struggle against the government of the USA during most of the 10 years from inside the empire.

Now, he's a professor of education and executive investigator of the University of Illinois in Chicago. He's developed courses around the urban reform of schools, problems of capitalist education, and investigation. He is the author or editor of more than 11 books, including a memoir titled Fugitive Days on the struggle against the government of the United States."

I'm sure they did. Then they exchanged the secret communist handshake, and discussed the idea of selling Oklahoma off to Venezuela, in exchange for oil....

@old europe,
Birds of a feather flock together. Would you have like to have been there too, oe?

By the way, I am not into conspiracy theories, but I am capable of connecting dots, are you? The dots are not forming a distinct picture, but there are some images beginning to appear, I do believe that.

@okie,
If Obama was in fact a Marxist, it would at least explain one thing. It would explain why he is trying to bankrupt the country, so he can institute his own system. After all, what logical reason can anyone else come up with to explain his bizarre and outlandish proposals to spend us into oblivion?

Right. The only logical explanation for government spending during a recession is that Obama wants to institute a Marxist dictatorship.

Good thinking.

@old europe,
Stranger things have happened in history, oe, you should know. I don't know what Obama is thinking, so all of us are left to guess over the bizarre and outlandish policies by this president. So throw that possibility into the pot of possibilities, oe.

Government spending is made possible by taxing the **** out of American citizens.
PrezBO is spending at a rate that many generation of tax paying citizens can't afford.

PrezBO's spending is killing this country.

Doesn't take long for the paranoid conspiracy theorist to get their devious little minds orchestrating all sorts of nightmare scenarios. So much for the conservatives glass half full. They've been kicked out of running the government and they're pissed and, once again, we have a sore Loserman.

So, why didn't Obama nationalize the banks when he had the chance? He could have done so. It is what a Marxist would have done and he likely will never have the chance again. Instead, he committed billions of dollars to saving the private ownership of the banks; he put people in place who state over and over that we don't want to nationalize and run the banks.

Reality doesn't really square with your fears, does it? Not that you'll ever let that stop you.

Here we have another Obama appointee linked to a scandal.
Is anyone vetting these people?

http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory?id=7361490
Quote:
An investment company run by the head of the Obama administration's auto task force has been accused of paying more than $1 million to an aide to New York's former comptroller in a bid to win a lucrative deal with the state pension fund.

Steven Rattner was an executive at the Quadrangle Group, a private equity firm, until he left this year to lead President Barack Obama's efforts to fix the U.S. auto industry. The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times reported that Rattner met with two now-indicted men to try to win state pension fund business

To be fair, the article does say that Rattner hasnt been charged with anything, but the appearance of impropriety does seem to follow many of Obama's appointee's.

Apparently, the French President isnt very impressed by Obama.
So much for bringing everyone together on Obama's part...

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/europe/article6106250.ece

Quote:
The US President is weak, the Spanish leader is dim, the German Chancellor is clinging on to France’s coat-tails and the head of the European Commission is irrelevant.

Quote:
In the latest in a stream of accounts from the Élysée Palace, Mr Sarkozy was quoted yesterday as telling an all-party group of MPs that Mr Obama was inexperienced and indecisive. “Obama has a subtle mind, very clever and very charismatic,” the French President said. “But he was elected two months ago and had never run a ministry. There are a certain number of things on which he has no position. And he is not always up to standard on decision-making and efficiency.”

@H2O MAN,
Where were you when DILDO BUSH ramped the spending to an unsustainable level and started running us to ruin with a war that was totally off the books? YOU WERE KISSING HIS ASS, THATS WHERE.

Like the teabaggers, the entire GOP is full of trained monkeys who take orders from their Grand Dragons and pundits. When watching the teabagges the other day, most of thjose interviewed werent even coherent, like they had no idea why they were there. Just that someone told them to show up and, like the good monkeys they were, they showed up with these ignoramus signs.

Thanks to Bush, this country is in a financial wreck , so what do the teabaggers do? they stand around like morons yelling at nothing in particular. These are your people squirty.

Okay, master of coherence, here is a challenge for you, tell all of us how Obama's energy policy will wean us off of cartel oil in 10 years. You do realize that is a promise of his, do you not? Since you are an energy expert, and Obama is your man, go for it. The rest of us will be here waiting for a thorough explanation, with credible evidence. Generalities and sweeping statements won't work, as that is what Obama does, we need something actually backed up with evidence, that his chosen methods, sun, wind, and geothermal will do the job. Facts and figures are needed. Get to work. It should be easy.

The same challenge was issued to fellow Obamaite, cicerone imposter, and he has presented nothing so far. Maybe you can do better?
