By watching his lips move. He might have even outdone himself in this debate. But at least he didn't plagiarize any good lines again (that we know of - yet).

Actually, Palin did a pretty good job herself. I'm not sure if she intentionally
lied though, as she has such little knowledge, she could have been improvising.
