Obsessive partisanship is the key phrase tonight. She's said it three times so far.

@Green Witch,
That's a silly thing to say. She is entitled to her beliefs and so is her family. Palin has made no attempt to try to translate her beliefs into policy.

you have no idea what you are talking about beyond Dem talking points.

I watched for about 1 minute. Biden used the word "diplomacy" when talking about the Middle East. The women-o-meter skyrocketed and the men-o-meter tanked.

interesting...

Were they allowed to bring notes to this thing, or are they taking them as they go? They both keep looking down at the podium.

seems like Green Witch was expressing her personal beliefs. She's allowed to have those beliefs, just as you say Governor Palin is.

I think her answers finally befuddled Biden and he wasn't quite sure how to respond to that last one without sounding like he was insulting her.

@McGentrix,
Yes, she is entitled to her beliefs. She wants a choice. Well, I want that choice too and she wants to take away that choice from the majority of American women (the rich don't have to worry). McCain has already stated he would put another conservative on the Supreme Court. He picked Palin for her conservative/Christian beliefs and she will certainly do her duty to her voters and turn the laws to their beliefs, if possible.

Biden gets very high marks for his talk about fighting genocide.

She is doing that thing with her voice again. Cutesy, reminds me of a kindergarten teacher.

Where has she ever stated that she would try to take choice away?

Conservative judges are good, so what's the issue with that? Do you really think anyone would get rid of Roe v. wade? really?

Bidens strategy seems to be to flood the debate hall with forceful arguments and details so that when she responds it sounds empty.

I am clearly biased but they both seem very prepared tonight. Palin has brought it, which is a relief. Biden is well prepared for her.

Is her tone changing?
