Stones Reunion

I say we all should have one.
Since I am now 'passing mine'

jesus lord h christ I have not hurt like this since... I dont KNOW when.
NOW I understand what it means when someone says passing a stone hurts.

Just today it started. But for the last 3 or 4 days my right side has been hurting like crazy and .. you guessed it. Blood in the pee.

Since I have been hiking and walking like crazy I truly thought I was just dehydrated.
Then , today, I had the most god awful blinding pain that sent me to the floor.
Gained my composure and went to the Doc.
Second scan at 745 tomorrow morning will confirm what they already know to be going on.

Im drugged beyond belief, enjoying pomegranate juice from a lead crystal wine glass because I FEEL LIKE IT..
Yay stones! fuckittyfuckfuckfuckfuckgodthishurts

@shewolfnm,
I spent a month awhile back as you may recall and passed over 100... although it pales in comparison to pancreatitis... it is no day at the beach.... I ate oxycodone like candy for 6 weeks 4 times a day.... I empathize....

@shewolfnm,
I did a kidney cleanse a few years ago and passed a tiny stone. Caught it before it got large enough to hurt. I am planning another cleanse in the next few weeks.

@shewolfnm,
shewolf, I've had excruciating pain from my "health problems" too, and can sympathize with you. However, what really got me depressed was my need to go to toilet a dozen times a day without knowing if I wanted to pee or have a bowel movement, so I had to sit irregardless. That has now passed, but I'm still passing blood from proctitis. I just told the doc today, I will not let them do another GI on me even if it kills me.

@cicerone imposter,
a certain amount of blood is ok / normal.
Hopefully yours is CI.
There is something really upsetting about seeing blood where it does not belong.
My daughter saw my urine the other day and told me to not drink koolaide because it is junk for the body.
Best line I have heard from her in a long time

@edgarblythe,
What is a kidney cleanse?
Do I have to go to my doctor for that?

@shewolfnm,
It is a program of certain herbs taken over a period of time. I will look for a link to the products I use. Health food stores have ingredients for it, but they use a slightly different recipe.

@Bi-Polar Bear,
Thanks for that.

Intersting, I have a tea that I make once a week.
it has several things in it and frankly not the best tasting. But I drink a cup every day. It has Uva Ursi, Goldenseal, Nettle, Ginko, st johns and something else..
All things for basic.. health.. so to speak..

I have always had and used herbs for things.
I guess it is time to step it up a bit eh?

@edgarblythe,
you can always just buy the loose herb too and make a thin tea out of it instead of buying the packages.
Cheaper that way.

You have Sun Harvest grocery stores? Maybe known as Henrys...

Their herbs are a good quality and lower cost then most places.

for a basic tea, boil 2 cups of water and add 2 tablespoons of loose herb.
Steep covered for half hour.. drain the herb and that tea should keep for 3-5 days.
Some require a bit more work .. herbs like.. Valerian for example. But for the most part, simple leafy green things are easy to make a tea out of.

@shewolfnm,
You are correct, but those specific herbs (on the website) are hard to find in Houston. To buy locally is to have to use some other formula.

Passedthat baby.

oh. my .god.

May I never, ever go through that again.
I dont need to explain, company here seems to understand. But that was worse then childbirth. Honestly.

I hope that was a big bout of life karma I burned off right there.
Now, my follow up tomorrow is going to determine if this bleeding is important or not.
