Steam Mops and Such

I saw the H2O mop on tv today and it got me thinking. How can that mop sanitize? The steam would have to be really hot and you'd have to mop really slow. Or am I wrong?
Do they get that hot? Can the steam mops out there really sanitize without chemicals?

@Bella Dea,
Tune in, for these and more questions, as Bella Churns.

I've never seen such a thing, but it sounds like BS to me.

Vinegar and water sanitize.

LOL

That's sort of what I said but when I googled steam mops asking if they sanitized, there wasn't anything that said it was bs and didn't work.

@Bella Dea,
sounds like more troule than it's worth.

I picture going to the schvitz and trying to mop the floor.
