Except for a couple of costly turnovers.... the Patriots manhandled the Cardinals. They were the better team even without Brady and Gronk.

I like this Garopollo kid. It is a shame that we will have to trade him.

In the game that I watched yesterday, the Patriots were ahead most of the game. The Patriots had over a 60% third down efficiency and outperformed the Cardinals on both sides of the ball. Garopollo marched down the field in the fourth quarter when he needed to.

For most of the game, the Patriots simply outplayed the Cardinals. If you only watched the last 2 minutes of the game, you would have seen the missed field goal. The Cardinals were damn lucky to get that chance. They had the opportunity to steal the game (after being controlled the rest of the game).

But the Patriots controlled most of the game except for a couple of lapses. If it weren't for a couple of turnovers, the Cardinals never would have had the last minute chance to steal the game.

i watched the entire game, and i'm thrilled we beat a tough team at their place.

but there were too many mistakes, not just "a couple of lapses".

fortunately for us, they burned their timeouts too early and had to scramble.

even more fortunate was the bad snap that lead to the missed field goal.

a good snap would have won the game for 'zona...

Bah.

Maybe the problem is Belichick? Maybe Brady would just be an average schmuck on another team and it doesn't really matter who plays QB so long as they devote themselves solely to the church of Belichick?
