¿Ve la mano de Dios en lo que va a hacer?

I 'd render it this way:
" Usted ve la mano de Dios sobre de lo que esta haciendo ? "
or
" Tu ves la mano de Dios sobre de lo que estas haciendo ? "

Assuming that "what you doing = what you are doing", then David is (almost) correct.

In normal speech, the pronoun is not needed.

So, I'd say : Ves la mano de Dios en lo que estas haciendo?
