Personally, I didn't use the installer; I just edited my host file directly.

DrewDad, I cannot fool around with my office computer/settings - don't have 'admin' rights to do anything. Very strict and limited access.

Region Philbis - I guess 'collapsing' isn't the same as 'minimizing' - coz even when I reduce the window size - sexy lady stays right there, mocking me with her hard bod!

Maybe I'll just have to buy a little convex mirror to position on my monitor...

Collapsing works for me, too.

Hover your mouse over the middle box in the upper right-hand corner of your web browser until the tool-tip pops up.

If it says "restore down" then click the button. If it says "maximize" then leave it alone.

Now, move your mouse to the right-hand edge of your browser until it changes to arrows pointing right and left. Click and hold the button, and drag the right-hand side of your browser to the left.

At first, the browser will reformat the text. Eventually, it will start covering up the right-hand side of the content. Just move it until the ad is hidden.
