If I get shot in the head tomorrow I am not going to be anymore dead if someone sees a pic of me dead....the crime is the boundary violation, it is the child sexual abuse. Looking at evidence of a crime should never be a crime in a just society.

looking a pics of nakid humans should never be a crime. Only sexual touching without consent should be a crime, and of touching about all that should be criminal is penetration. Almost all of what is called child porn should be legal picture viewing.

The child has no idea what they are doing and what the consequences will be.

A 15 or 16 years old "child" sending a picture to another teen or near teen and either or both of them should then be charge and label a molester for life?

You can get all weepy and give away your freedom to whom ever you want, just dont tell me that I have to do it, and dont direct the state to come and take away my rights because victims and/or the victim industry do not want me to have rights. I am the equal to any and all victims.

Empathy????? You mean it is being empathy to locked up or at least charge , almost at random, middle to late teens for their fairly normal and common sexual conducts?

When I was a teenager long long before digit pictures was available or CP laws was on the books, I remember the photo booths where you could have your pictures taken in private and developed at once before leaving the booths.

Dating teenage couples would love to go into those booths together with the girl sitting on the guy lap and have their pictures taken together for a few coins.

A vast percent of those pictures would now likely to be classify as child porn under our current laws.

I no longer have any such pictures but perhaps Kathy still have her copies of our pictures taken together so many decades ago.

Neither one of us was a victim!!!!!!!

People who were voted into the government because they said they would legalize homosexuality are not advocating to legalize pedophilia. And they are all atheists.

and any pedophile in the church was in fact an atheist posing as a Christian. FACT** according to definition of Christianity. You're not a Christian if you're a pedophile, nor a representative of the church. Only atheists are too bigoted to understand this. Denial of the Word of God = not a Christian.

I have no use for perversions or perverts and have no problem with the idea that CREATING child porn ought to be treated as criminal activity.

But I have major problems with the idea that mere POSSESSION of ANYTHING ought to be illegal and the only exceptions I'd want to that rule would be things like anthrax, SAM missiles, enriched uranium and things of that nature.

I fear our government more than I fear perverts and there are too many ways in which any sort of pictures could be PUT on a person's computer without him even knowing about it.
