Roughly the same location they are currently found at.

China.

Both, but India's military will always be a lot weaker.

Same as now, China.

Both will grow, China into a continental power and India into a big regional economy.
a.) India. China's growth is almost entirely from manufacturing, India's growth is due to software, engineering, research and innovation. So I see India's growth as more sustainable.
b.) China, India is a democracy, and it shares almost all of it's values with America. So it won't pose a miliatry threat to us.
c.) Not sure. China has veto power, so I guess them.
In my own opinion, which is based on gut instinct, India will be more of a world leader than China, because they already speak English, print more books in English than any other country, understand the British/American mindset, and assimilate into American and British society in a relatively short time, perhaps measured in weeks.
China has another focus. Where it takes them, I don't know, but I would guess their strength on the world stage will be in their ability to put a brake on the direction other nations may want to take. Not a positive role in the opinion of some.
The only counter force to India's progress is Pakistan, in my opinion. World events could make Pakistan a "loose cannon" of sorts, in my opinion.
