It can complicated, I can see that.

Me too. I've often thought I'd rather the Getty, etc., help fund local museums. I remember tiffing about this, or maybe he answered and I was quiet, tiffing in my mind, with Aquiunk, a guy who knows a lot about all this, for whom I've much regard, and badly miss here on a2k.

Anyway, this article really 'rang a bell' with me. At the same time, I do understand that things have often been extremely ill cared for in their home situations. So... I also tend to be somewhat open to the 'compromise' comment at the end of the article.
