They're already in my neighborhood. I purchase soap, pretzels, etc., etc., in the discount stores that they open. NYC tends to get entrepreneurial Muslims. NYC is too diverse to worry. Plus, only old time New York types become mayor, i.e., Irish, Italians, Blacks, Jews, etc., etc. I believe you have a concern that, if it has any credibility, is not credible for NYC. But, naturally, if you prefer to remain vigilant, you can be the modern day Paul Revere, and sleep with one eye open.
