I'm sorry, but is anyone else concerned about that 91% number?

Not really. Black voters make up about 10% of the total voting public.

But it dramatically shows that racism is alive and well in the black community. It would appear that blacks are more racist than whites (percentage wise).

I find that very troubling.

Just as much as there is in the white community, I would suspect.

No surprise that. Racism is alive and well in black America.

I've noticed that conservatives tend to vote for conservatives and liberals tend to vote for liberals, bunch frigin' bigots! what's really scary is that here in new mexico, hispanics tend to vote for hispanics. but not to worry whites have consistently voted for whites and, for the time being, whites out-number the minorities (FOR THE TIME BEING) in the near future, be afraid, be very afraid.

True people vote based upon their political beliefs as it should be. However, as it has been made evident in the race for the democratic nomination a vast majority of blacks vote based on the color of the candidates skin.

If that is not racism what the hell would you call it ??

The surprise is that people have just begun to recognize it.

Yes, racism is alive in the black community.

And why would anyone think any differently? They are normal people, after all; racism is alive in every community.

I will say, that I'm more inclined to give special groups a pass, when a candidate from their group has a chance to achieve prominence. The more historically un-represented this group feels/has been, the stronger the reaction will be.

So, for example, I don't really look at womens supporting Hillary as necessarily 'sexism.' It isn't hating on other groups necessarily to be pumped about your own group getting a shot at it. There is some element involved, yes, but I'd like to give people the benefit of the doubt...

What makes any group "special" in you view?

I generally think of certain groups as: minorities, whether it be skin color, religion, or gender, who traditionally have had a very small role in politics.

I don't consider, say, white males to be a 'special' group. We've had endless representation for the entirety of known American history. Other groups cannot say that, and it's understandable that when they have a shot at representation at the highest levels, they fight hard for it.

What a frigging idiotic conclusion.

It would appear that your lack of ability to think critically is what should be troubling you.
