Yes, folks, you heard it here first.

I am getting a new house!

We close on Monday.

(happy dance, happy dance)


It's about twice the size of where we are now and it has a nice yard which will be fenced shortly.

I can't wait.

Is it a new (new construction) house, or is it just new to you?

Built in 2005. Lived in for about 6 mos to a year I think.

So almost new.

Thats not even broken in yet!
Of course the bad part is it will take you a while to find all of the light switches.
