as top exec of a state or the country, I'd say he's a little unstable, shortsighted, and uncommitted. That said, he's a lunatic what knows the game and scares foreigners - how bout we keep him on as a senator? I'd say congressman, but I like Congress too much to use it as a holding pen. This way we've still got a delusional, blue-blooded coke head on staff (for when we need one), but there will be checks and balances in place...
