Rumsfeld, one of the key architects of the Iraq war is no longer concerned with the matter.
I read this article and saw the video sometime ago but stumbled upon it again and wanted to share it.

"D. Rumsfeld"...in his own words. Also, there are close to 4,000 dead as a result of his efforts.
