BETTER AND MORE EDUCATION , that is what BUSINESSWEEK suggested about two months ago and which i posted somewhere on a2k .
and it certainly was NOT received well on these shores :wink:

(i'm afraid that BUSINESSWEEK may be branded as a "socialist tool" )
