FUN DAY IN BASEBALL!
Beautiful weather. Sunny - 75 degrees, blue skies, slight breeze...

AND WE WON BOTH OUR GAMES.
G-baby's team beat an undefeated team that was the favorite and J and S's team beat a team that beat them once already. J was the closing pitcher and got the save for the game...not one run made on him. It was awesome.

I love baseball. LOVE IT.

After all of that, I have to go fold clothes...how anticlimactic.

Maybe that should be a new ritual for your home team baseball players: Win the baseball game and get to fold the laundry. What a reward!! Wink

the best night

the best day

it's been divine... the girls have been girls... we have prepared all the day for the big celebration for tomorrow, pampered all night - we are lucious ladies - AB FAB! Have laughed til we cried, hysteria, and talked about the world, about you guys, and have just chilled and spoiled ourselves all day.

We are gonna have the best 18th birthday celebration tomorrow and there will be 20 of us - gonna be a day full of love and laughter.

Presents wrapped, banners up and helium balloons - we have so much to do tomorrow and it's gonna be full on - hoping for good weather and just the very best day.

We are purple and French manicure, even Sboy has silver and red nails - it's gonna be such fab day - have candles lit eveywhere,tea and vino, dancing in the kitchen to Grease right now

Restoration work "should" be finished in time for her reopening at the end of this year but,she has been covered up since the blaze so progress is hard to determine.An Isreali shipping magnate donated £3.3Million last June which should secure her future.Once the project is completed,the Cutty Sark will be suspended three meters above the bottom of the dry berth and visitors will be able to walk beneath the ship's hull.

Yesterday was crazy - so is today. I do think I could go to sleep and never wake up...I can't seem to get enough...or maybe I am getting too much now. It could be the allergy meds I am on - this Spring weather and all the pollen and stuff in the air is knocking me for a loop!

Evening Crew

Ahhhhhh... home, tarred, unpacked, moggies verrra verrrrra happy to see their Momma and Master - little fella stayed awake all the way home. There was a real homey smell when we got back - the mist down and the river flowing - lovely.

Saw and drove into THE most incredible sunset on the way back - it didn't get dark 'til 8.45pm - oh, so very beautiful to see that big 'ole sun - it was golden peach with a little light strawberry and crimson tinge, romantic and whispy - and thru the sunnyG's utterly spendid.

so so very tired now

JellyBean is 18 - she had a lovely birthday. We loved being a family. I miss them so bad already.

Rboy - may have turned a corner - he broke down - he pulled himself back up unaided. This could be a huge breakthrough. Hope of hopes.

Must sleep... must sleep.

have missed you all - had the most fabulous time with FQ - we laughed endlessly on Saturday night - i cannot describe the love i feel for her - streaming tears from laughter, love and trust from the minute we saw one another. There were 20 of us... seeing the family grow up... just super. Rboy would have loved it... maybe on J's 21st or A-bears 18th... who knows.

Missed you all - been thinking of our (((Bosun))) who keeps the ship sailing with (((Mis))) and the (((Harbour Master )))(gorgeous big g-kids) and POMcT and Letty for tunes plus Bethie and Tsar, Hamburger, TC, Boida, Tulip and all our crew who visit. You are the best... this crew is the best ever.
