The weather seems to have leap-frogged spring and zoomed straight into summer.

Morning crew, Easter Monday here already and the weather is holding out, another very nice day ahead. Works out well as I'm about to prepare "brunch" for my family. Sister, brother and their spouses have turned up and are eagerly awaiting what my culinary expertise will put on the table Starting off with a simple cooked breakfast on the BBQ and served outside on the patio. Bacon and eggs, German sausages, tomatoes and toast. The girls will have a sparkling wine and the boys a beer. I'd better get cracking. Cheers all.

Hey there sweet Dutchy...hope you had a happy Easter Monday. It was crazy busy as usual...but good. The kids had a great time and I got to laugh a lot...so - it cannot be marked down as another "one of those Easters" (I have those a lot - priorities get SO out of order). Hey crew,hope all's well around the world.We had a beautiful Spring weekend in London town so took myself off to the Circus and Fun Fair on Blackheath.Lotsa fun!!!!
Checking with BT 'cause my phone didn't ring all weekend
Back to work tonight but looking forward to Friday when my Granddaughter One of Four (the pregnant one), and Grandson Three of Four are gonna catch up with Granddad for a couple of days .

Hi Izzie, Beagle has just surfaced after a busy day downunder. Hope everybody had a great Easter. Woke up to a tremendous downpour this morning, 35mm in 2 hours, best rain in 3 years with more to come. You have no idea how welcome this is. I got soaked cleaning the gutters of leaves which choked the drain pipes, neighbours laughed behind their curtains as I was still in my PJ's.
