Hey dj, the song was also sung as part of a children's game called "Oranges and Lemons." In the game, children form a connected line and dance under an archway made by two other players, one oranges, the other lemons. When the archway drops, the trapped player must choose oranges or lemons and stands behind that choice. The game ends with a tug-of-war between the oranges' and lemons' sides.

Have another picture for you Izzie I made in Robe. The town was established by your country men in 1846 and this is the 2nd house they built. It is a quaint little cottage, brought out from England, only the front wall with built in fireplace is made of local stone. It is called "Granny Banks" and is still occupied to this day.

Great pics ya all!! well have laid some slabs 20 in all!! bought some trees to go in but got so wet and cold laying slabs, it took me an hour and a hot shower to get warm again. Can only just feel me fingers again!! Hope all are well and Happy Easter XXX

Happy Easter weekend everyone! Got the message when I got home from work Thursday that the computer was in -- but of course by then it was too late. Thanks to the holidays I can't pick it up 'til Monday but then I'll be back on line! (Look out!) The Mr is in the studio all this weekend but they were shut up tight for Good Friday so we got one day together (sometimes he needs an enforced break). Cleaned up the yard and patio and then sat out in the too nice weather -- unreasonably, unseasonably warm here. Hard to complain but it is a little weird.

Don't we all! Enjoy that weather...it will probably get back to normal really soon. Of course I like it warm. It is beautiful down here as well. Now. We played in a total downpour this morning. Nasty. I was soaked...my jeans were soaked. Wet jeans are uncomfortable. And cold. The boys lost for the first time. They were tied for first - this dropped them to second. Shoot. Still - we have a long time in front of us for baseball...a lot could change for the better or the worse.

I loved my family being here. It went way too quickly. My Daddy had a wonderful birthday. Of course my sweet brother has all the kids at the lake and bends over to pick up the tackle box and throws his back out. Bless his heart. That is a sweet man.

We have one more game this afternoon...then I get to kick up my feet. You all have a wonderful weekend.

yes- outside...I forgot we had to dye them in the craziness of this weekend. Would have been better to do it outside. Messy little fellers. They are quite happy with helping out their friend. I was a nervous wreck. I am not sure why I was so much more nervous than when they play on their own team...I guess because this coach chose the boys because they are good hitters and I didn't want them to let the coach and the team down. Not that the coach would have minded...I am just a silly goose like that.
