Now there's a visual Glad you got some rain Dutchy. We got a good soaking last night too and the garden really needed it.

Back on-line and trying to get use to a new computer system so I apologize in advance if I'm more incoherent than usual. (At least I think I'm on-line...)

Hi Tai Chi, you certainly are on-line, trying out Windows 7? I'm trying to get use to it on my lap-top, not going to well though.

Early start today (5am) as I have to travel into town to work on my hobby project Captain. Have some leads to follow after my visit to Robe last week.

Worse! It's a Mac. I think I'm really going to like it but for the short term it's like another world.

Keep at it Tai Chi, my son and wife have a couple of Mac's and swear by them, wouldn't use anything else. Have heard other users say the same. Good luck.

BEAgle - yay for rain, at last - our babies will love it Would send you our rain if I could - we seem to have had an abundance of it - the river sounds great tho - loud! It's piddling down now... but the sun did shine today. Ha - I'm doing the visual of you in your PJ's up a ladder!




Have a very busy next few weeks - tomorrow it's gonna be mayhem as I have so much to do and then will be picking up L-boy (FQ's hubby's son) on Thursday and driving up to Essex until Tues, back here for a day and then off again for a few days. It's all going to be wonderful... but very busy and then straight back into work.

Now.....well, i'm not too sure what to do... my black kitty is poorly and it's worrying me a lot because we are going away. If he doesn't pick up by the morning I am gonna have to take him to the vet This is very sad for me because I don't know what's wrong with him. His breathing is very fast, he's very lethargic and he's stopped talking tho he's still cuddled up to me. He hasn't eaten anything since yesterday and ... well, he looks like he has a temperature. I'm very worried about him. Hmmmmmmm.

Hey sweet girl....I don't know what is wrong with black kitty. I have never seen those symptoms in a kitty. I lean toward getting the vet to check him out before you leave.... I know - that's just one more thing to do. ((Izzie))

You do have a busy schedule ahead of you hun. Just try to enjoy it and rest when you can. Not that I am any real good at taking THAT advice..not sure I should give it...but of course I know it's what is best...just doing it is hard.

Anyway YOU - take care of yourself and rest when you can - enjoy every moment you can - then you can deal with the work stuff when you get back.

Nearest I got to Bazza this trip was the Blackwall Tunnel, shame that, hiya Baz, saw all the Olympics constructions preparation and that from the ring road though, very impressive, very expensive-looking , went down to Whitstable, had a very nice Dover sole, and dressed crab salad starter, left my camera on the beach though and I've lost it now, must phone the rozzers tomorrow, see if anyone's handed it in.
The cabin boy did not come to the seaside, she went to see Rossini at Covent Garden (he runs a whelk stall there).

Okay back home now, via Chelmsford, don't ask, long story, had a bath and now chilling, will hit the hay early.

Evening girlies

Kitty Cat has picked up just a little - has eaten a little and his breathing is less laboured. Maybe a bad mouse pie last nite... dunno... if he's not alright tomorrow will have to see the vet. My friend Pam is gonna come by and make checks and J&J (Son and girlie) may housesit and keep an eye on the kitteis to be on the safe side as they are down from uni and could do with a little space.

So... trying not to worry about my black baby
