@Izzie,
Thanks for keeping us up to date on Verby and the baby. The power of positive thinking, eh?

(Vacuuming is really hard on a person, Izzie. Almost as bad as raking leaves. I don't recommend either. Smile )

@Tai Chi,
Me either Tai Chi...Very Happy

We went to a farm today for our field trip. G-baby and me and his class...it was fun! Beautiful day...perfect weather. We got to feed a calf a bottle and pet the goats and went on a hayride and picked pumpkins and cotton. I have a feeling G is going to crash when his head hits his pillow tonight...speaking of crashing...

I got up in the middle of the night and of course - it was dark, and somehow---someway I managed to run into a door frame . I have a nice little knot over my left eye. I saw stars...man, it hurt. I can't believe the prof. didn't wake up with all of my fussing. Ehhh...I guess he has learned to tune me out. Wink

Happy to hear Verbaby is doing well. Still thinking and praying of course. I miss Verb. She is going to be such a great Mom...can't wait until she has him home and can tell us all about him and how she is handling it.

Okey dokey - gotta go pick up the thre taz's.

See you all later!
mis

@mismi,
Morning crew, lovely Friday morning downunder. Oh my goodness how can you girls be so accident prone, mismi sleep walking and crashing into a door frame, I wonder what she poured into that nightcap? Smile

Global warming seems to hit us real hard, having just had over a week of unusual warm weather for this time of the year, we're now heading toward the warmest November spell on record. Anybody for the beach?

Izzie are you mobile yet? Thanks for the news about baby verbivore.

@Dutchy,
You're sounding quite chipper, Dutchy. Must be that lovely weather. Send a little north, would you? It's been snowing off and on all day -- not lasting, thank goodness -- I'm not ready for shoveling!

Class trips are always fun, mismi, farms especially, though between the door post and a bus full of excited children you must have a headache now, surely?

@mismi,
mismi, sorry to hear you had a wall mishap..hope your head heals soon. At least you did it to yourself. I once ran my daughter right into a wall Sad We live in the woods and it's pitch black at night. We always keep a night light in the hall for a little vision at night. One night the elec. went out and my daughter called from down the hall. I carefully felt my way to her room and led her along the wall to what I thought was the doorway. I was at the doorway, but she wasn't close enough. I walked her little head right into the wall. I felt really bad bruising my little four year old's head. I've since started to keep a flashlight next to my bed. Live and learn....and heal! Take care

It's true...I am an accident waiting for a place to happen. How are you Dear Dutchy? I hope you enjoy every minute of your weekend.

Dutchy - do you ever get to talk to DeeDee? If you do, tell her I have been thinking about her and missing her around here. Life is so busy...I know.

Thanks Stormy - yeah...at least I didn't hurt my children Wink (like I have never done anything like that to my kids before! HA! )

Izzie - How are you girl? I haven't read properly - but I will. ((Izzie)) love you girl.

I had a good day. Love Fridays at my job. Love the ladies I work with...love the kids I work with. I think this the first time in my life I can truly say that and mean it. I really do love my job. I just wish it paid more Very Happy

Hugs to all the yabber crew - the prof and I are grilling out tonight...should be fun...not too long before happy hour gets here. I plan on getting happy. I do believe a dear friend called it "tippling". That cracks me up.

Happy Friday Folkses!
