@Izzie,
I have this raffle ticket from a Scientology meet up I never went to that expired 10 years ago. Can I cash it in here and upgrade it for a first suite?

@annis,
Hey Tulip...just peeking my head in. I hate it when that happens (not being able to sleep!)...and it happens a lot! Hope you find that sleepy place soon!

I still have a lot to do before I can call it a day...I think that is why I am piddling around...I guess I better go get to it. Just putting it off makes it last that much longer.

Good Evening Tsarstepan

Most certainly - this liner is first class all the way. It's a pleasure to WELCOME you aboard Tsar! Very Happy

(please excuse further ramblings from anyone called Izzie today - she's in a pickle - but the rest of the crew are quite lovely folksies sitting around on the deck and would love to make your acquaintance, to be sure) Very Happy

@mismi,

Now, here's a question!

Talking of first class suites....... well actually - suits... I had one in my wardrobe and am now all in a pickle. I don't know what kind of birthday party I am going to - other than the fellow is "80" going on 20 (bless him) and a world traveller and lives life very "fully"! Is it formal, is it casual, is it formal casual,is it causal formal. Well, who knows? Not me. So, my suit. I got it for FQs wedding - 'tis rather lovely - deep purple - nice little tucks and fitted...anyhoooo.....

it has 2 marks on it.... well, 3 or 4 sploodges... ish... actually, they are tear drops from a while ways back.... but they've marked the suit and of course, I leave on Friday morning and we don't have a dry cleaners that do a day service (yes, this is the country).

Now, I phoned MaMa - who has offered to come across and pick up said suit and see if the dry cleaners can do something with the marks whilst I'm at work.... gutted... gutted... then... of course, haven't ordered any EUROS - omgosh!!!!!!!! <pounds.. we use pounds Rolling Eyes> Well, there's not a lot I can do about that as so will have to wing that one on Friday on the ferry

talking of which

the ferry: really hoping it's not going to be a rough crossing - weather's not looking too bad - coming back may be a little wavy tho - told Tulip I was gonna do a Kate Winslet - hahahahahaaha - might end up diving a little earlier, so will hold on tight and keep my footing. That's gonna be fun. Razz

which leads me back to my question

which is

what am I going to do if I can't wear my suit!!!!!!!!!!? Who knows? Not me.

See, I'm not a clothes person. This has me bothered. I wouldn't know a Gucci from a ..... another famous person. I don't do designers. I'm just way too boring. So this is a little difficult for me. Ha - can you tell the insecurities are rising up - dear dear dear. It didn't help too much when G asked if I wanted/needed to go shopping........ errrrrrrrrrr.... mmmmmm.... pass by that comment.

so...... I'm wittering away right now as I'm waiting for the spin cycle to quit spinning, both on the washing machine and inside my frazzeled brain - I haven't slept today and have taken my potion ... I'm getting a little nervous. There's going to be a lot of people there. Oof. So many people. Oof.

lalallallallallallaaaaaaaalllla

Tulip - still giggling - what we were like a? Such a good time. Thanku. Google skydive - there's a one in Cornwall too.

Mis - ohhhhh, I'm struggling to keep up right now - ah, can hear the spin cycle so gonna go stick the clothes in the dryer.

HA - when I travel to the US - I don't ever have to think about clothes, I don't think about clothes per se - this is doing my head in - no confidence - ACK ACK ACK.

I wish I had some idea of what was happening. Nem'mind. Wing it.

@annis,
Morning crew, just found my way out of the red dust and read all about the frivolities going on aboard during my absence. Try's elephant trunk certainly has the ladies fascinated or should I say curious? Wink

Annis I think you're the only one capable of luring tryagain out of his miserable existence in them hills now you have acquired those 'speciall' skills. We'll have to wait and see if he is game enough. Smile

mismi, what's up, why can't you get going, procrastinating again?

Where is our harbourmaster, have not seen him around for a while, Captain he is not in your 'brig' is he? Welcome aboard tsarstepan, this is a vessel with the most motley crew you'll ever meet.

Cheers from downunder.

@mismi,
Well done mismi, I'm proud of you, always knew you could do it. Smile

Nice blue sky this morning, typical spring day, a bit on the cool side yet, about 70 degrees in your language.

About to have a cuppa and go outside to do some work. Mrs. B's orders. Laughing
