I am not there yet sweet Izzie. Hello dear Dutchy... I am in a pleasant state of warm fuzziedness. I am about to go-I think (to bed - clarifying lest I be misunderstood). I let the boys talk me into letting them sleep in their sleeping bags on the floor in our room. I am not sure why they think this is so much fun...but they do. Sweet little punkin' heads. As long as they don't get in my bed - I guess that's okay. I hate to say it - but I am probably the only woman I know that can't sleep with someone all pressed up against them...and my boys..well they seem to think I am the magnet and they are steel. Seems that way anyway. They lay right next to me and they are little space heaters they are.

Oh these dogs. I just bathed them...you would never know it though. They are stinky...I guess it's all this rain. They are about as much trouble as toddlers right now. They got ahold of S's sand bucket and turned it into a million pieces of little plastic bits. That was fun to pick up all over the yard. I am very unhappy with them right now as they lay at my feet with their heads on their big ol' paws. They are so very rotten.

Going to finish watching the game and them crawl into that bed.

Morning Crew

McT-008 - yep G-mom is a sweetheart - very gentle, kind folksies. Sis also has the card making shop a few doors up but now they are in the old library - G is thinking of setting up another business there - bat boxes, wildlife stuff - cameras and such like for animal watching etc... it's a possibility but we don't know what the market would be like for that, they do a little of that in the other shops but gonna need to do a little research and see whether it would be viable. They are the Doolittle and Crafts folk of the town. Could sell some of our photos there too... that would be good

Little fella and I have decided to go off for the day. Not sure where yet, be one of those get in the car, drive and see where we end up day I reckon. Soooooooooooooooooooooo... we are not long in We have driven and driven. It’s been another gorgeous day, the sun broke thru and it's been beaming down so the little fella and I took off to the beach.

Tremendous. We went in caves, climbed CLIMBED and CLIMBED... got wet, did the silliest shadow pics, laughed our wet socks off, got lost <darn sat nav>, nearly got cut off by the tide - <how blooming quick did that come in>! talked picture postcards to a lovely chap who'd been fishing, ate chicken and salad cream sammiches on a cliff and had a 99er watching the dudes surf at Constantine.

It’s been BRILLIANT.

We are shattered. We have both had such a good day. Now, school uniform needs ironed <ack>, rugby kit needs washed and dried <oops " just a little late on a Sunday nite> and homework has just been done along with dinner.

Notes to self:
Upon leaving the house, check camera lenses do NOT have fingerprints on <shakes head>

Upon purchase of ice cream " do not sit in sun and drip ice-cream on son's head, and if you do, keep verra quiet and do not admit it <ruffles kid's hair>
