Fantastic pics, as always, Iz!

Can't wait to give you a real hug.

Happy travels - I hope the weather cooperates. It looks a bit nasty out there. Rock may have to find a lean-to to pitch his tent under. Ah, adventure ahead!!!

Happy Anniversary, Mis and Prof. I'm glad you had a nice evening out. Speaking of anniversaries -- Mr B and I are attending a 40th anniversary dinner this evening. That's a looooooong time.

Hope everyone else is happy, healthy, and smiling. Hugs to all.

@Izzie,
Happy travelling Izzie, looks like JPB is awaiting your arrival, have fun. Smile

Suffering from jet lag this morning, is that possible after a 500 mile road trip? M ay be caused by my 'backseat' driver Mrs. B Laughing

Izzie who is the good looking gardener on your photograph, R/H? Still thinking about your 'big girls blouse', sure raises some titillating images. Wink

To the rest of the crew I hope you're enjoying a great weekend.

@Dutchy,
Don't be talking about the backseat drivers. They are a necessity at times dear Dutchy. Wink I don't know how you fellas would know how to do anything without us. Titillating. That always seems like a dirty word to me. Shocked Razz Wink

Sunday....am having to forgo my Sunday nap. pthpthpthpth. I hate that. But I do have the house to myself for now. The fellows went to the park for a bit. Oh but I want a nap.

Love those pictures Izzie...those boys make me laugh. So cute. And the butterfly and his poor wing. So beautiful though and Rock your cats are beautiful...Dink has beautiful eyes...I can't see Bubba's though. Your garden is looking beautiful as well.

Izzie - give JPB and Rock a hug from me and JPB - give Iz a hug from me. Squeezes to all. <sigh> hitchin' up my britches...I guess I will go grab my book and curl up on the couch and hope to goodness that I don't fall asleep...or I will be up all night and I don't want THAT for pete's sake.

hugs y'all,
mis

Mamaverb....How are you sister? Thinking and praying for you. Hope you are feeling better ((Verby))

@mismi,
Managed to upload a photo of myself with son's new work/recreational boat the "ARCOIN" in front of his house on the marina.. Letters are the initials of his childrens name. Almost every day you can see a number of seals playing in the water from the patio.

@Dutchy,
Great picture Dutchy. Neat buildings, neat boat, even like the aluminum handrail on the gangway.

@alex240101,
Izzie...more very happy pictures..nice Very Happy

A great picture Dutchy...love the boat. Looks like your son has a prime location. I love the ocean. No, we didn't get away for any real vacation this year. Baseball really kept us close to home. We are going up to our place in Maine this week though to have a mini vacation. Getting to the ocean and going "home" will be a much needed sanity break for me before school starts.

Hiya alex...how are you?

@Stormwatch,
Hey Crew - just gone 9.30pm - been a long drive (8 hours on and off) and just checked into our hotel rooms.

Little fella is having a big bath - he's been so good - really - not one complaint. We visited here http://www.fantasticcaverns.com/ a couple of hours ago - just fabulous - couldn't get a decent pic coz ... I just couldn't - moving car blah blah - will post up one if any turned out, in a little bit - .... are all absolutely exhausted. RH did all the driving (and avoided a flying toaster too) so is gonna be way tired too. We're about 150ish miles from St.Louis so hoping to get a good nites sleep so we can head on there tomorrow morning.

OK.... I gotta go get clean

will be back a little later - got a massive headhurt (humidity I think) so just gonna chill for a while.

BEAgle - love the boat - but you knew that already - smooches hun x

(((((((((((((Mis, Alex, Stormy, JPB et al)))))))))))

oh... I got me some beautiful blue chimes from the caverns to sing to me! They're lovely Very Happy

Izzie, that long road trip must have been difficult. I hope you are okay. I hope Rockhead can stay awake driving back.

@wandeljw,
Just spoke with Izzie. They're on their way to St Louis and looking forward to a riverboat ride and some meet ups with some friends. She sounds bubbly and excited.

@JPB,
Doesn't surprise me. She's all about meeting new friends, sweet girl. I hope her headache is gone.
Poop. I got to get back to work. Too much I want to do and not enough time to do it...and I have this dadgum piddle-farting nature (heh heh...that made ME laugh - so sad-pitiful even.)

@JPB,
Hey hey

ahhhhhhhhhh...... got to St. Louis and found a place to park our bags. Got word of a thunder storm approaching and as we hit the highway to go visit with an A2Ker in South Missouri - the thunder boomer hit. Unfortunately we weren't able to meet up with a 6pack - but had a quick chat on the phone. Such a shame Sad

Planning on meeting up with a very special lady tomorrow before we head on up to Chicago tomorrow evening. Very Happy Gonna be a long, long day tomorrow.

Storm is still a little thundery - hoping it is gonna clear up a bit so we can head into St.Louis this evening and see the city.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH and............ little fella and I came into our room - it was soooooooo chilly - we turned the AC to heat - and set the hotel fire alarm off..... huge panic thinking we were about the set the sprinklers off - we could not stop laughing. Razz Ooooooops! The Brits are here!

Exhausted right now so gonna have a little rest.

@Izzie,
rest well girly - glad you are there safe and sound. We are getting some thunder storms ourselves. It's nice though. I like a nice thunder storm. As long as the power stays on.

Dutchy - I get in modes. They come in clumps. It's all or nothing for me. Razz
Don't make me give you a tongue lashing. Wink

@mismi,
Hey hey

Totally wasted.

Went into the city - the lights were fantastic. Went to the top of the Arch at 9pm - just fabulous. The sunset was superb after the storm had cleared but we were all a little jaded so running late. Have only just eaten and returned to the hotel.

Photos were absolute rubbish - I'm so pants and disappointed - but I reckon the little fella will remember it his whole life - which is the aim of everything! Night time shooting needs a tripod - nem'mind - we saw great views and it was stunning looking over the whole city. The Arch is hard to describe - it's huge massive - but it's kinda magical looking - the lights reflecting off it... kinda dream like. It was definitely worth driving into the city to see. Loved it.

Meeting dear Mags in the morning and then going to Hannibal and catching a Mississippi river boat and then onwards and upwards to Chi-town. Think we're all gonna be pretty wrecked by the time we get there - maybe just a relaxing day on Wednesday with JPB.

Ha - life in the fast lane - woooooooooooooooooooooosh---------> or not Razz

This time next week we'll be on a plane home and life will return to normal. That's kinda weird. Can't wait to meet the Chi-town folks - simply can't wait.

Gonna see if I can upload a pic of the Arch....... might fall asleep tho - HA!

Thanks for the update Izzie, pity photo's were disappointing, however trip is not over yet. I had to get the map out to see where you were. Have a great day tomorrow but try to get a bit of sleep first. By the looks of it you've already fallen of your Arch (read perch Smile )

Not daring you just yet mismi, still getting over the last episode, just love you the way you are at present. Wink
