Oh no BEAgle... you really wouldn't wish to be like me - I'm so last minute I don't even know if I've got there. Invariably, it's hit and miss - tho the best things come together nicely when I don't have to think too much on it. Thank goodness for patient folk around me and sorting me out on here

What with The Captain and annis on the opposite sides of the Earth and McT off on his travels,I suppose it's up to FQ (I know you're busy mate but any help would be appreciated) and me (Small.HELP) to keep things up to date UK side.
Spoke to The Captain the other day and she sounds tired but chipper so,after another couple of days mooching about,it looks as though her toots wanna start wandering again.Not knowing the area,I would be inclined to pull into the nearest auto dealership and get fitted the cheapest Sat Nav,just for peace of mind (but that's just me with my Grandpa head on).Then,when you get down to Rockheads,he can rip it out,fit it into one of his repairs and give you some cash back.Sorted.
Hope The Captain left the lawn mower within easy reach of her house-sitter as Izzie Land has had loadsa rain over the past few days (what else is new about British summers?) and grass loves rain.Hope she won't come back to a mini jungle.
Anyway,work tonight so I gotta crash! Any more tid-bits an I'll let ya' know.

HA - I can promise you BEAgle... Bikini Iz would never happen - it is not a pretty sight at all. Truly. Thanku tho for even thinking it could be - hahaahhahhhaha - made I snicker!

Another hot day here and little fella and I went and swam a little bit. We have to wait until it's quite late in the day coz it's just too too hot for us pale folk out there - tho we are tanning a little now. Peeling too! I am a red onion! Ho ho ho.

Anyhooooooooooooo - plans are set. Itchy feet got the better of me and car is now booked and we'll be heading for Houston on Thursday afternoon and heading back......... Friday afternoon. OK... I asked for Sat Nav... just in case - little fella and I map reading and driving....... mmmmmm.... nope, need someone to tell me which way to turn the wheel. So, staying with beautiful niece on Thursday nite and gonna hear all about her wedding plans and meet her fiancee. My ex sis in law will be there too.... mmmmm.. we haven't spoken in a few years - it's gonna be a little weird - but she wants to see her nephew before returning to California - and.... that's the right thing to do, right? yeah right...ok, done deal anyhoooooooo.... big and brave, big and brave.

BBBBBBUT - the most exciting thing is I get to go see SheWolf and I can't tell you how dang exciting that it.... and.... <drum roll> Mr Edgar Blythe - and anyone else who is in the area. Need some HUGE posivibes for the WOMAN who 's not feeling 100% RIGHT NOW.... mind you will MzIzLimpAlong - we'll make a right pair. hoping she will bring her camera 0 my shoulder has given up and hand can't hold it.... so may be a little iddy bitty camer. No worries- a snap is a snap... and I'm with the pro. Love that girl so dang much. You got no idea how much of honour it will be to see her and hug Edgar to peices to. LOVE IT. Hey Guys - finally got on board after reading that Bazza needs some moral support from the UK now that Cap'n has gone away, so here I am!!
Sorry it has taken me ages to report on ship, but our holiday in Florida was fantastic, apart from coming down with the flu on the 2nd week - do not know for definite if it was swine flu as I still managed to be up and about, but the Theme parks were probably the kinda place you could pick it up.
The kids absolutely loved it and it was so great to have our 8 yr old L boy with us ( my stepson) - what a bundle of energy - up at 6.30 and bed at 11 pm! - Happy chappy like his dad.
Anyway - arrived back, and full into the swing of things - clocked up 1000 miles with work driving last week and budget time for the business, so been either behind the wheel or the computer, number crunching!
Anyway - first things first - A very Happy Belated Wedding Anniversary to you dear Beagle - your meal sounded absolutely divine - and you are proof to me that you never need to lose the party spirit with partying till 3am! - Go boy!
Vbv - so glad to hear that you can now eat - and eat - and eat - and things are all well with the scan - just be careful that Dutchy doesn't tease you too much! - you are definitely getting braver, and it did make me giggle!
Izzie - sorry hun that I havent been in touch - you know that I have checked to see if you are OK and I am so glad you are going to see E in Houston and it will be very brave to meet up with L again, but you can do anything girl and just rise above it if you need to.
I take it that there have been some heated debates again at K and B's house - hope you have risen above it! - Anyway - send my love to my godson and big hugs to you all - I am sure you will have the best time meeting everyone on the thread - you lucky thing - if there is anything you need me to do back home, then let me know - when are you due back, coz I may come down for the Bank holiday weekend to stay if you are around with the girls as it is Ks access weekend.

Wow the beautiful F/Q is back, how nice to see you. Thank you for your interesting post, so pleased to read you and yours had a great holiday in the US despite your flu setback.
