High verbs,don't forget that you are eating for 2 now.

Harbour Master here again.Just received a coded message from Heathrow Security that they are following a lady with a patch over one eye and a parrot on her shoulder heading towards the check-in desks in Terminal 5.

Spoke too soon! S'boy was munching on a bacon roll and something got stuck in his windpipe. PANIC,SHOUTING FOR HELP! Up jumps a guy and does the Heimlich maneuver,problem sorted! Waiting for his name to big him up on A2K!
And this is only day 1.

@mismi,
Crossing fingers, (((mis))), that it works out for you. Disappointing, but understandable, if it doesn't.

@Barry The Mod,
I just checked on the flight status from your link, Barry. She's just passing by Chicagoland on her way towards Dallas. Whew! Long day...

@djjd62,
Really long day! Thanks for keeping us posted. Looking forward to seeing that she and S'boy get there safe and sound.

I have a headache...since yesterday - it will NOT LEAVE ME! owee.

I took the fellows to their G'dads house and went to visit a couple of older friends of mine. They are in their 70's. He has lung cancer and is now having hospice come and visit. Connie is an amazing woman. I love listening to her talk about her life. He just loves her so much...So precious. I don't know how much time he has left - but he seems so vital. It breaks my heart to think of Connie without him.

I don't bring the boys because they drive her nuts! One time I left them with her while I went to the bathroom when I was at church - they were 2years old at the time...THE BATHROOM - gone maybe at most 5 min. She told me never to do that to her again! LOL! She never had children...and is not at all embarrassed to tell you she wants nothing to do with them. So I tuck them safely where they will be welcome while I visit with her and her husband. I love that she is so out there with everything. Wish I could be the same way...seems simpler doesn't it?

thanks Didge. Smile

@djjd62,
yeah, I'm guessing they're still dealing with customs, finding bubba, etc. I remember from last year's visit that B&K live on the other side of Dallas from DFW (closer to Love Field). We may hear from her tonight yet but I'm thinking it will be a bit later.

Glad you're here, Iz and S-boy! Welcome back.
