Anyhoo- my car's got a slight oil leak, just noticed an oily patch this morning, not too bad, so I must phone the garage. This is not a good time for mechanical problems.

Hey Hey BEAgle.... We've checked in online. How good is that.... other than we had already been allocated seats... in the middle - ACK - and it won't let me change them - "we have allocated seats for your needs".... errrrrr... OK... well.... fair enough then. Depending on what time we get to the airport will try and change them to a window seat - don't think I've ever sat in the middle of a plane before. Flight is full... prolly won't get the chance to change them. Hey ho - WE'RE CHECKED IN!!!!

Rang the hospital re shoes - no reply, just answerphone - so, mmmmmm, not sure what to do there - wait for a bit I guess. Meds are sorted - no worries there then.

Neighbour gave me some milk - bless her - she's a star - been telling her what the plans are for the housesitters - so that's all sorted Haven't heard back from Bubba&Kel in Dallas yet - hope one of them is going to pick us up there.

OK - gotta dash off - about to pack - that's good. Got my teabags, got my camera, got laptops, got our boarding tickets and passports - what else do we need.

just a brief stop in my new shooz - oof! Hey ho - not a word!!!!!!! You wouldn't know by looking at them I guess - just, I know. Like all new shoes - gonna take a little wearing in methinks - I am very supported - but they do hurt at the mo. Not sure I will wear them on the plane - need comfort tomorrow.

Little fella is very excited - he's cooking salmon and new potatoes at the moment. He thinks if he has dinner now - then it will be closer to leaving time.

Pretty much set here now - can you believe that? With a few hours to spare tonite I reckon, to procrastinate. Really badly wanna catch up on the threads - right now tho - just going to finish off some bits and pieces and then be done.

Lordy - I'm so tired I can't see straight. I went out with the girls and didn't get home until 1:00am this morning...I can't do that very well anymore...recovery takess too long! - but it was fun.

Little fella is finally asleep on the sofa. 20 to 1am.

All is done, excited - but tired, joints not good.

G will be here at 4.30am - so need to lie down with S-boy for a a couple hours and rest up. Can't take any potion because I may need to drive - G's still not well but is going to take us to London - he'll have a 4 hour trip back after he's dropped us, so will prolly need to drive some of the way up so he can sleep.

BEAgle... when are you off to Port Lincoln hun? Will be here on the deck each day - so will be keeping up with your antics too darlin'. x

Mis - have a sleep girlie and hope you have a good day tomorrow. Will let y'all know when I arrive. May try and get online before we catch our flight. Still hoping... x

oh... FQ is home and feeling much better - they had a great holiday despite the poorlys - she didn't grow a curly tail and is happy to be back in the rain
