The cap'n and Tulip are going to be proper dancing girls, we've got some wounded dancers on board (they can do finger dancing for this round), the Beagle looks to be getting into hot water, mismi's turning the heat up on the boiler under him, djjd's got some good candies (I found a good source of Finnish Salmi's for mrs hamburger on Laird, south of Eglinton), a few students seem to be missing in action, verby showed her pretty face to us again (missed you!), the pretty painted boys are quiet right now ... I need to read up more!

It's warmed up here a little - no hard frost today ( wanted to go photoshooting) - hey ho - AND the windscreen wipers worked - what's that all about then - my car doesn't like the COLD appararently!

Well, I phoned - am going to see some little black kittens (apparently they are tiny - not growing - in-bred ) - about 14 weeks old, healthy.... but VERY tiny. Also, apparently - no-one wants black kittens.... how very sad is that!? So, Saturday at 11am. I said I don't think I would be able to take more than one - but S-boy does so desperately wish for a kitten - well, you and JPB know how much he still cries for Poppy and Loopy. That's the only thing that worries me tho with pets and S-boy - if we lost another pet, he doesn't cope well at all. Kinda the thing tho - better to have loved and lost... then a kid never have another pet sorta thing.

OHHHHHH! A kitty - a little kitty....that is so great. We have an inbred lab - I am pretty sure anyway...she is dumb as dirt - but quite sweet and she is my only girl. I love her. And a black kitty - I think they are special - You know Levi is my black cat and I can say I have not experienced any bad luch (not that I believe in luck) that I know of - I know S boy will be thrilled! I love baby anythings.

So, parents came over - PaPa came to tell me he had another lesion on his head (he's had these before and had chemo cream) - so, then MaMa said she just wanted to let me know about things..... so then of course I had to tell them everything (guilt guilt guilt on my part) - anyhoo - told them I had had biopsies and all was OK (said I already had the results - am sure tomorrow will be a good result) and about the foot surgery.... PaPa can't cope with details but I did make him laugh a bit (he winces at the thought of it) - so that was OK - now they know what they need to know and that it's all sorted out so they don't have to think about. MaMa flapped a little - but that's a MaMa thing - so, all in all, it went well.

The Crimbo tree is now residing out by the bamboo...

I showed my parents behind the greenhouse... there are two trees there, that, if they are cut down would lead down to an area where you could throw a picnic blanket and put some chairs ..... so... have asked PaPa for the chain saw... and gonna make that a little area to sit right next to the river. Will be lovely - they did give me one of their funny looks - but that's OK - it will be lovely.

I hope you don't think you are going to saw down two trees by yourself. You better get a man friend to come help...do you have a neighbor that will?

Good morning one and all. Poor mismi is exhausted after paying bills, that's the best excuse I've heard for along time to avoid house work. Can't stop laughing.

However I do agree with mismi's concern about Izzie and her chain saw, Captain those are dangerous things not to be handled by your delicate hands, you could loose your tootsies in one swoop.

Awaiting ddxx report of yesterdays girls outing, being the lady that she is, I'm sure she looked after Mama and herself.
