Queen Dev - how you doin today hun? How did class go?

Class is fine, though I'm gonna fall behind if I don't get my keester in gear, I'm the same, but just trying to deal with it. How are you?

I have the first coat on and it looks great...I am about to feed the kids a snack then go back and do the second coat...then clean up. It already looks so much better. When I get it all decorated I will take a picture. I have to do the trim and the ceiling as well...I hate trim work...but It will look so much better! So happy to almost have this part behind me.

Glad class is going well Dev...I know it is hard. I am so impressed that you are pressing on...good for you!

Hey all thought it was about time to drop by! Well have done more decorating, well painting the doors etc a really boring job! Moved the dresser yet again and boy did my back hurt! But drunk a bottle of wine and amazing not hurting any more!

As I was painting I heard the puppy yelling - a I am hurt yell, I ran out and she was really crying, carried her in and she was holding up her paw, she had been stung by a wasp or bee or something I pulled the sting out and she cried, called the vet who said keep her quiet and see in an hour. Well she fell asleep after much whimpering and then was right as rain, thankfully!

I took my dining table and chairs to the auction today, yep I took it myself, actually felt bloody sad, really stupid I know, I ended up crying my eyes out seeing it there on its own filled with many memories! Got home and received a call from the delivery company saying my new table is coming Monday I didn't expect it for another 4 weeks, so maybe it was meant to be!

Hope your all ok, sorry I am not very consistent in my mails but I go with the flow and my flow isn't very flowing, sometimes it is difficult to admit how I feel that is if I feel at all mmmmmmmmmmmm now there is a question we all must know.

Izzie hope your in tomorrow afternoon I hope to come round for a bit, will ring before. Hope your bed has arrived.

I hate getting rid of my stuff too. Makes me sad. But moving forward is always good...progress - not that we forget anything that is precious to us...those thiings are with us always..

Second coat done. SO HAPPY...cleaning up now. I have paint everywhere.

Hey there shipmates! it's been busy - best friend and her kids up for the fair on the weekend - then dance class and then back to the fair last night with Setanta and brendalee - now off to dance class again (Turkish rom style tonight) ... I'm looking forward to the long weekend fer sure eh

Good morning all - wow - lots of furniture shifting and painting and decorating going on - sounds great. What a motivated lot. I am actually doing the procrastinating thing whilst I decide about new look for my bedroom. Think it will end up being a summer job now. Daughter and I enjoying our time without the guys ( tho we don't tell them that)! - chick flicks and lots of gabbing when we put munchkin to bed. (Daughter is staying over at the big house in her old room whilst boys are away). Sorry to hear about your puppy Annis - glad she is okay now - breaks your heart to hear whimpering.

Morning ladies, Eagle calling in to say hello but not staying long, seeing you're all so busy, hate to interrupt all that work, besides, ddxx enjoys her time without a guy being present.

Friend and I went to photographer today and we don't think he did a very good job - appt was arranged in a rush so we didn't check him out very much in advance, our fault. I have a rough idea of what he took and will be getting the photos emailed to me on Friday. At least there were 6 with my eyes open!

I have been busy in Vegas doing nothing. I did get some practice in, I also played
as a 6 in a mini match for 6s. Some young kid beat me 5 to 3. And the team went swimming, nice pool there but no diving board. We did do a team shirt contest and we won first place out of 716 teams. Ooooh.... late nite last nite.... little fella is still jet lagged and wandered around the house until 1.30am. I stayed up a little longer.... you know... just to check he finally got to sleep yawn yawn.... made myself get up this morning..... ME AND TULIP are gonna go car hunting....OMG OMG OMG! Darn bed didn't arrive - HA....typical (hey ho) - meant to be tomorrow, just got a phone call...now next Wed (when do I go back to work - oh cr*p) .

Feeling unsettled today - what else is new. Gotta get the kiddies ready for school next week. I'll have a freshman in high school (doesn't seem possible) and a 4th grader. He'll be going to a new school, but we met his teacher, who seems really nice. So, hopefully all will go well there. Where did the summer go?
