Hello, everyone. I'm glad everyone has been having a great time and I have enjoyed seeing the pics of crew especially of JPB who has been very kind to me.

Dev - so glad you seem brighter. Just keep going.

Dutchy- sorry I've been largely outta touch and most days have been unable even to JP.

Sorry if I have caused any of the crew concern - my illness has been so very intense and bad lately and it's been a completely horrible couple of weeks. I've been unaccustomedly grumpy and barely coped at all.

However, it's subsiding now and I have seized the moment and today have arranged yet another break to Paris in 3 weeks to cheer myself up - was there only in June so am spoiling myself a bit - I know.

I can't even begin to wrestle with the new site (the new arrangements + my illness - which causes brain glitches - are an impossible combination!) but will try to post here from time to time.

I do really enjoy seeing pics of members and hope more will feel able to "expose" themselves to public view and drop the cloak of anonymity that has been the convention until now. What do the rest of the crew think about this? Or should it remain largely anon, with pics just on special occasions like meetings between crew members? I can see arguments both ways. I suppose it's up to individuals.

Hi, well done, McTag! Absolutely great of you to respond so quickly. I'm due to get a new photo next week so may peel off my mask, too - just not sure if the crew can take the strain. Anyway, I'm not photogenic - even in the few photos where I have managed to keep my eyes open - and I usually tear up or delete 99.999999999% of photos taken of me - so don't anticipate too much.

Dutchy - I'm flattered but imagine you need to keep your right arm for all sorts of things!

(Er, well barbecuing fish and raising glasses, I mean.)

Mac - fab to see you and your son - you are so welcome to jump aboard whenever you can - always good to see you. You both look wonderful - and it's so nice to put a face to the name. As I get to meet folk here and talk in person to people - it's so much easier to read their posts when you can hear their voice. Hopefully Stevie will be back on soon too. Maybe we will get all be able to get together in the UK at some stage. Stevie knows where I am - be good to get together.

Leaving at 9am-ish and getting into Newark late afternoon - then the red eye to the UK - it's gonna be around 26 hours in total - hope we manage to sleep on the flight home a little. S and I both got some sleep last nite - I must've had a good 5 hours which was a bit of a result after the few nites....
