Hey Boys

Good to see you both and wishing you wonderful weekends.

The whole household is up now and .... I'm feeling tired now!!!! Shocked Going to go get doughnuts for brekkie - mmmmmmmmm - apple and cinnamon - used to do that in Boston - love a Dunkin Donut! Then we're going swimming again - the water is soooooooo warm - hey, hydrotherapy - great for the joints! Kids are happy and running around - got 5 of them here at the moment.

So............. off for a bit.

Lovin y'all Razz

How'd I miss your post last night, izzie? Strange....

Anyhoo ---- yes, your 5:30 post was at 5:30 and your 6:16 post showed up at 6:22.

Ah -- that water looks nice and refreshing.

It looks and sounds like you're having blast. Great pics, as always. What's on the agenda for today?

You made it, hon -- now just settle back and enjoy.

BIG, BIG HUGS!!!!

Dutchy, it sound like you're having the time of your life too. Keep on keepin' on!!!

Edit: heh -- nice and refreshing vs therapeutic and warm.... each has it's advantages Razz

Good morning each and all; good to see you enjoying yourself LzzieÂ…

Although there are some areas of geek-hood where I test very positive indeed - perhaps obvious to anyone who saw me lugging a $10 eBay win iMac G3 home on the bus last night - I am failing elsewhere. Comic books and action movies, for example, with Jim Woodring's Frank as preferred superhero and Tarkovsky's Stalker a little fast-paced for my tastes.

Thus, I've never bought into the Batman celluloid franchise. Others at work have been salivating like starving hyenas at the prospect of Dark Knight: /me meh. Alone, so alone. The movie opened with thermonuclear alacrity in the US this weekend, scoring the studio fifty cents for every American citizen. DVD sales alone will probably let Warner Brothers buy Saudi Arabia and give a barrel of oil away with every disc.

Anyhoo I digress; in an effort to raise some cash to buy a tank of gas I propose to cruise up the Mississippi to where she joins the Big Muddy River in Jackson County near the La Rue-Pine Hills Ecological Area, and start riverboat gambling and a super casino - choose your game and place your bets!!!

Dutchy ..... Sounds like you are having a wonderful time. Thank you for letting us know how things are going. You know we'll miss you on board.

Izzie... What can I say that you don't already know. I love you bunches and bunches. Great pictures! You might wanna get some benadryl creme or pills for the swelling and itching. Just make sure it's ok to use with whatever medications you are on. Anything you buy at a drugstore should have a pharmacist on hand to help you figure that out.

JPB ...Have a great weekend, sweetie!

Try .. Laughing love ya, dude!

Alex..... Yep.....I'm working my butt off, actually. Gotta sweeten the financial pot as much as I can before school starts back up and I lose the higher income I make now and I be poor again.

FQ - Love reading your bubbly posts. A person can be down and walk away with a smile!

Everyone else.....have a safe and happy weekend.

xoxo

Hi crew and Captain, just been for my early Sunday morning walk along the glorious foreshore here, cool but so refreshing. A number of whales and their calves sunbaking close to shore a fantastic sight. Wishing all you guys a great weekend.

Good morning all - Izzieliz glad you're having a great time. Keep the photos coming. Dutchy sounds like you are having good time too. Hope you got some photos of the whales. Lovely quiet Sunday morning here albeit a little fuzzy in the head due to over celebrating daughter's birthday lunch at the winery yesterday. Few chores out in the garden will clear that I am sure.

Hey Hey

Oh BEAgle - whales and their calves..... please, please tell me you had your camera with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep enjoying hun - xox xxxx

Indeedee - glad your baby girl had a good birthday...have a wonderful Sunday and hope to catch up with you soon. Hope hubby is doing k. Huge hugs xox

Had a good day here - jet lag caught up bigtime, so have been very tired today. It's not too bad in the heat - oh oh oh.... something really funny happened - well, it was a kinda "you had to be there sorta thing" - but.... there we were, swimming away in the pool - which is joined onto a golf club - and all of a sudden - this really loud thud - and a blooming golf ball landed in the pool. Well I never. So we were really laughing about just how bad the guy must be to have hit it into the pool... when we saw this buggy circling around - the guy was looking for the ball. Shocked Now you woulda thought he would have had more sense than to try and retrieve it from us - we were laughing so much - I mean, you couldn't NOT comment... and he did laugh too at what we were suggesting...

talk about a water shot. Fancy asking for his ball back. Razz

Anyhoo - as I was saying, the heat isn't too bad - well, thanks to the air con - but tomorrow is gonna be a scorcher. Little fella is pretty tired too - but we've been here just over 48 hours now and all is coco.

Hope everyone had a good Saturday and enjoy their days tomorrow.

Lovin y'all - you are the very best

x Very Happy

If a player's ball comes to rest within the margins of a water hazard in a highly playable lie from which he is certain he could, if he so desired, hit a successful recovery shot with no difficulty whatsoever, but the marshy, muddy, swampy, or boggy state of the surrounding terrain makes it inevitable that in the execution of such a stroke, he himself, his clothing, or his equipment would be extensively soiled and/or soaked, or that he would be obliged to assume a stance requiring the time-consuming removal of his footgear or other elaborate preparations, he may move his ball, without penalty, to the nearest equally favourable lie inside the hazard where conditions are sufficiently dry to permit prudent, sensible, and reasonable play.'

So what the heck; I went to the clubhouse instead!

BTW - Do any of you girls wanna play a round?

Good morning Izzie, ehbeth. Good morning crew. Sunday. A perfect day.
Yesterday, I took my better half, to her twenty year reunion. It seems to me, that no matter how many years past, between my wife and her friends, the hooting and howling remain the same. Disorderly women. I escorted her last friend home by two... This is not an admission of having fun.

Everyone, have a nice day.
