Morning all,

just a quick one as am at work! Well my son is now 11 years old as of yesterday. He had a lovely day and was so pleased with his Nintendo DS lite that I gave him, although he hasn't had much chance to play on it.

My sister's birthday today and mine on 26th busy old month July. Am going on holiday on 27th to Paris and hope the sun is shining there for us.

Great to hear all your news and gossip.

Off to my son's school end of year concert at 5pm, that should be interesting!

BT - have a great time in Paris, one of my favorite cities. Have you been there before? I was there yet again last month and was very pleased this time to use the buses almost exclusively instead of the metro - you see so much more. I really recommend them. You use a metro ticket so it's the same price. If you happen to be staying near the Gare du Nord, the main bus terminus is just behind it and buses go from there all over Paris.

Anyway, whatever you do there, have a great time.

He is better thanks Izzie...We have been resting and just laying low mostly. Pretty hard when he is feeling better. Wanted to ride his bike and all. Doc says all the tests came back negative and that he just relapsed. Or maybe picked up another while his immune system was down. We shouldn't have gone to Mobile I'm thinking. Oh well. Live and learn. We are making sure he is resting so hopefully it won't come back.

Aww, I'm sorry, mis-. Didn't know little guy relapsed. Feel better Sboy! Mine comes home from camp tomorrow. Wonder what he'll be like...

K - it's been one of those days... my laptop has fried!!! Been talking to a rather nice chap on hp.com (US) who has said "HARD DRIVE MALFUNCTION" "INTERNAL FAN NOT WORKING" and..... take it back to HP in the UK.... gutted gutted gutted.... I cannot back anything up because the external hard drive is corrupted and the E-drive will not work.... "INTERNAL MALFUNCTION" - he says its to do with internal memory.

HA - then he sent me the manual to REMOVE THE INTERNAL HARD DRIVE... to which I replied I was a technophobe of the blonde order ....

so he said to contact HP UK!

so.... just in case I lose my 30GB of photos (still trying to find a way to back up!) I thought I would show you the dragonflies me and the little fella saw today (he does not do bugs - and RAN rather fast and rather loudly!) They are gorgeous here - and MASSSSSSSIVE.
