Izzie...thanks for the snowplow!! I sure needed one.

Your boys are adorable. I have a soft spot for active little boys. Mine is 12 and a bundle of energy. Your house is beautiful too. Looks like a nice area. Will you post pics of your new place when settled?

mismi...hope you are feeling better soon...nasty flu season. Sad

Good day all.
Hectic day. Too busy. Raining disasters. Couldn't find my steel umbrella. Dodge, perry, right, left. I made it out o.k.
Izzie-as always your brightness makes me squint. Thank you for shining. Have you tried running yet? Blackmail. Pizza buffet in the galley for not telling on you to your doctor.
Dutchy-Beautiful pictures.....and your living there. You sure you don't want a few inches of snow?
Mismi-hope your feeling better. I never bought a J.Jackson cassette, swear.
tth-I hope you also feel better. I have a bad rotator cuff, that only acts up when I go overboard. Wrong word to use on this ship.
Hello to try, and all the others.

Have guests and only suppossed to stay one night and they are staying for three. Rolling Eyes Non stop in the galley ( with a chard sitting next to me naturally) but will get thru. Glad to hear everyone is in good spirits. Dutchy and Izziliz lovely photos - will still get round to sending mine. Lovely boys Izzieliz.

Well got to go and may be talk in the next day or two. Smile Smile

I think cold medicine sucks...I see typos everywhere...Now because of my in and outedness on the couch today I can't sleep...going to take some tylenol pm and my last dose of sudafed for the night....hopefully that will put me out...I hope so. I hate being up in the quiet of the night by myself...I hear things.

DDXX, nice to see you, just to let you know I've completed the Lovatts March Big. Having relatives over from Gippsland myself, travelling on to see son in Port Lincoln for a spot of fishing.
Sending good vibes to mismi and hope you'll be fighting fit soon, and to the Captain, hope all is shipshape in Devon, plenty of rest and above all smiles. Rather late on the scene today however work took priority for a change.
Wishing all the crew a great day from down under.

The ones of the flooding bring back memories of last summer. How's your pond?

Froze right now. Very Happy I think someone had mentioned to me when we had the flood last August, that my pond would clear up in time. I bought some bottom feeders along with the other fish on my restock last fall. So this spring I'm gonna work on getting it back in shape. At least so I feel like it's clean enough to swim in again. Needs more sand on the beach area too. So much to do.....so much to do!

Then I will be in my house by the River Lyd and listening to a babbling brook 24/7 (see, there was a reason the BabblingGirl came on board - she was there to remind me of the brook I will be living next to!)

Maybe so, Izzie! Very Happy Your pics were beautiful and it was wonderful looking inside your world.

You know...your new place will make it's own memories. And the ones you leave behind are never really left behind, are they? A home along a babbling brook sounds absolutely soothing to the soul. And just what you need! I have a good feeling about this! You are going to love it! It's just gettin' past the lettin go. But you'll make it.....and quite well, I would imagine.

Morning and to get that song out of my head (actually Rockhead I thought the song was funny) I will listen to one that brings back great memories. I have had great times on sail boats & motor boats, good times on cruise ships too.

Pity you didn't see that one coming a? I predict you will have something to say about that - waiting in anticipation BlueBoy! Smile (Perhaps a Degree in Clairvoyance would have been money better spent my dear!)

Stormy - how's the snow hun? Hope you aren't shovelling today. Booked the plow for a week or so - so just give the driver a nod and he'll clear the roads for you. Smile

The only thing that's running around here is our mismi's nose. Crying or Very sad But, I will do galley duty tonite for all the crew - for just being the best crew there is. Smile

Now - mismi-dixie-me - how are you today? Confused Been thinking of you and wishing you well. Hope the fever has cooled and you are feeling better hunni. Heapsa love and hugs to you. Smile

Indeedee - would send some crew to help you out - hopefully you are coping with the "stayover" guests. On leaving, the loud words come out.."thank you for coming" and the unspoken words are "thank you going". It's always lovely to have guests and I'm sure they will have had a wonderful time visiting with you. Smile

TTHun - getting crew to take turns in massaging the poorly shoulder. Hope all is well with you. Did you go to the function, or give it a miss? Smile

Thanku BabblingGirl - I am going to see the house tomorrow and I know that all will be well in the future. I am looking forward to listening to the babbling brook beside my new house and paddling my toots in the water. It will be soothing to me, and my soul. Smile

Today, Izzie is struggling a bit tho - I am smiling right now Smile - but I have a few things I am trying to work thru in my so called "mind". Idea I will sort thru and chuck out what's not needed. In the meantime.... Arrow

CREW!

Girls - Port (mines a double please)
Boys - Starboard
BabyBlue - start climbing...

So, let's set sail on another day, 1 international nautical mile by 1 international nautical mile (Nautical mile - one minute of latitude; approximately 6076 feet - about 1/8 longer than the statute mile of 5280 feet ,-------------------------------- so waiting for some smart ar$e to correct me on that!) Rolling Eyes
(A soothsayer is a person who claims to speak sooth: specifically one who predicts the future based upon personal, political, spiritual, or religious beliefs rather than scientific facts.)

Hoist the sails, ensure the "happy hour" is every hour, Smile ANCHORS AWAY!

(Blue Boy - up to the Crow's Nest and keepa lookout! Not into the future please, just in whether the coast is clear k!) Exclamation

I went to the function and I am glad I did. Since I am a member and on the audit committee, I feel obligated to go. It turned out to be a good night because we had the pleasure of having a speaker that went on the National Geographic Endeavour cruise. This was their cruise:
http://www.expeditions.com/Itineraries45.asp?Expedition=109&Destination=296

I did help out in the kitchen, even though I am not on that committee, and with the clean up after. I volunteered to help decorate our flagship for the upcoming boat parade. The part I hate is my hands get so cold. I can't wear gloves since you have to feel the rubber bands and twist ties to attach all the daffodils.
