Well, I'm afraid no log for the last coupla days - little tired of late and time seems to run so quickly these days.
Indeedee - I'm sorry to have kept missing you - hope you got the wall sorted and that the rain has made a difference to your world. Still wishing more for you girl and have been thinking about you loads. FQsis and I were saying yesterday - we have got to come see you!!!!!!!!!!! So be prepared a? And she can drink red wine in copious quantities and still stand up! (always have strong coffee in the morning and DON'T think about talking to her until she has drunk at least 2!) Be good to see some pics of the courtyard when you get a chance. Hope all is well with hubby, MaMa PaPa et al. Missed ya girlie.
Vegemite and TTH - the cakes for the little fella were fab - thanku - no cake is ugly, especially not ones with rainbow colours in it. Thank you both.

Wandel - those gateauxs were fab - oh how scrummy they look - what a great special agent. Glad to see you keeping an eye on the Blue fella - I do enjoy his "jimmy riddle" taking! He's also our permanent "Jimmy Duck" - a sailor in charge of livestock onboard ship and is quite astonishing after his visit to the "quack" - bless his spiky tail! Hope all is well with you and your beautiful children. Great to see you taking the helm here.
Missy - wonderful to hear you are sounding a little more chipper darlin' girl, especially when I know you are not so energised right now. It's a shame your friend is leaving and I'm sure you are sad girlie - true friends never leave your heart hunni - but I know you know that. FQsis and I miss each other terribly - every day - and we haven't ever even lived near one another (well, once briefly - but we don't talk about that - so laughing now - darn that Harrison fella!!!!!!!) However, even tho we aren't together - the times we do spend together are that much more special - and we yip yap yop a lot too - not every day now - but are always there for each other through thick and thin. So glad Gbaby had a great day and got his wee trophy - bless the little guy - I know you will have done a terrific job and I can picture you so easily in my head running around with the water guns. Good on you Missy. When are you going away with the girls hun? I think I recall you saying it was in June - hope that is still happening for you - you deserve to have a little bit of "adult" fun. (no comments from the naughty crew there !!!!) Know how tough it is when hubby goes away - my "x" used to travel all the time - I ho hummed a lot too - it was hard with little kids - but you find a way. You do a fantastic job hunni - and it will get easier in some ways as the kids get older (different challenges then) - ?'til then - enjoy the special moments you can have with them - and when you need to have whinge - do it!!!!!!!!!! It ?'aint all roses round the door all the time with cute little kidlets - that's what we're here for k! Good times, "not so good" times and general "oh feeling really pissy at the moment" times! OK! Enjoy the time you can when you MaMaPaPaDixie are with you - use any "spoiling" time on making sure you can be you.
Babbling Girl - hope the studying is going well - it was lovely to read up about your family and the farm - and hopefully it will be a good crop this year. FQsis family were farmers - I understand how hard the work is and sometimes with often little to "reap" financially for much hard labour - however, having your brother around will be a help to your Pa. Your folks are no doubt so proud of you for doing what you need to do - so don't feel guilty - keep making them proud girlie. Concentrate on getting to those finals girl - we're right beside you and will help as much as we can.
BabyBlue - lovely to see you on the deck and making good use of your time with neverending words of wisdom! Love it! Hope that you are using the sunblock in the wonderful exotic locations you are lounging in - you know you only need to shout and Indeedee will massage the cream so you will tan nicely and safely a? Nice to see your smiling Blue face hun. Always a pleasure to see you in the nest.
StevieBoy - hoping the cycling went well and you enjoyed the amber nectar after. Pleased to see you crewing when you can - always good to hear from you. Ahhhh - are you off to a match soon - do I recall seeing that somewhere?????
TTHun - nice to see you on the threads. Please heed the advice so many are giving you and stick to your comfort zones - it's never a good idea to take on things that are going to hurt emotionally. There are many good people on A2K including this brilliant crew. Hope you manage to get some sleep - that's also not nice to endure and makes things much harder to appreciate when you are tired. There seem to be a lot of us not sleeping these days - mainly the girl crew - I wonder why that is? Maybe it's just a girl thing! You have a life in front of you so I hope you'll find a way of living it to the full and enjoying it - we only get one shot at this life - and it's what we make of it that's important. Let go of the "bad" past, hold the "good" past in your heart and just cruise on to the future, one day at a time. It's something we all have to do at some stage in our lives. Past is past, today is today and the future is tomorrow - so make your todays good and you'll be able to face your tomorrows a little stronger a?
BEAgle - what can I say to you - you are keeping the ship sailing with the crew as well as singing lullabyes to the girls. Well done hunni - you are the best Bosun and friend. So glad you're getting rain there now and good to hear the "trees" are doing well.
QueenDev- yep, the kidlets do sound the same (thought that when I was reading some of your posts) - including the temperament a? Would be great to get them together - they are little bundles of energy - and good for the heart and soul. How is hubby doing now? Any luck with job hunting? Hope that the Domesticity Goddess is not taking over and that you are "doing people appropriately" and "things aren't there" whilst doing so!!!!!!!!!! Laughing now. Hope also you are taking the pat on the back from the machine I sent to your abode.
