RH - my kids loved that! Baseball and StarWars all rolled into one...doesn't get much better than that for them! Started a whole new conversation about whether Light Sabers are real or not.

Good Morning!
I feel like a truck hit me again. But the party was a success. A lot of fun. The food, thankfully turned out good and we had a great time sitting on the back porch laughing and visiting while the kids put on a show on the trampoline.

I will be recuperating today.

see you all later

Hi crew. Shore leave today. Cycled 40 miles for breakfast...did I say shore leave meant sore leave...anyway we went to a garden centre and I had beans egg bacon toast tomatoes and probably something else I forgot and tea.

Then this afternoon my local pub team who had got to the final of a local cup competition, played at the football stadium. And lost. Several pints of beer.

But man U drew against Blackburn so that was ok.

Exactly 10 minutes ago, I said its not winter any more. Now its raining "cats and dogs". Still I'm not out in it, which is usually the case. Ok happy yabbersailing.

Promised to post a picture of the garden bed we made in memory of my husband. We even put in the stepping stones ourselves (that is me and my children) just thought you'd like to see our efforts

OH MY GOSH - RainKeeper - there we all were on the ship a? And oh oh oh..

I'm on fire and now I think I'm ready to bust a move
Check it out I'm rocking steady
To the beat in my head
It goes oh, oh-oh-oh

FROM JEDI-BASEBALL (thanku ((((((((RH-DJ)))))) to Table Tennis IzzieWW-kid style! Shocked

And it certainly has been style this weekend. Y'all know that WW came over with the kids - we did pizza and garlic bread (mmmm mmmm good - so eazzzzy)

WELLLLLL - it was one of those weekend where…. It just had to be done. The annexe has had the entire contents removed (now in the house lounge/toyroom etc)…

As was
http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/485/07c73a1bi6.jpg

so…. as it was empty (folks not moved in yet!) we had a ready made games hall at ChezIzzie!!!!

We managed to get the Table Tennis table out of the garage (mmmm - that wasn't so eazzzzzy Confused , but we did it!) - set it up - and off we went

Happy Days! Razz

WW-boy and little fella
http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/8729/p1010793lo8.jpg

I think pretty much every room was used - more like Table "Squash" Tennis - hit the ball off whatever surface as long as the ball kept bouncing - including the bedrooms. Kids had a great time. So did WW et moi.

WW, WW-boy, Moi (rooted with superglue to my spot)!

WW - (your ball WW - it's yours girlie….quick!)
http://img380.imageshack.us/img380/3140/p1010819pj2.jpg

So - today - after self inflicted pleasure with the little fella playing some more TT I have had to take to my bed - I SLEPT FOR 3ish hours (much needed) - and now I'm back. One of the best shore-leaves I've had in 2.5months - I felt alive-normal out of the invalid-berth. How happy am I! Very Happy

Now - back on board - chuffed to bits to see the world crewing and WW posting pics. Indeedee and BEAgle - hope you had a great time at the wineries. Missy - so glad the party for the Professor went well and hope you are having a rest now too. Tai-Chi - have a wonderful Birthday celebration and JPB - you're burning the midnite oil - SO SO pleased for you - fab times for you and Mr.JPB. Stevie-Cycling-boy - 40 miles - OH MY! Good for you hun - hope you didn't meet any bollards or dogs and the "saddle soreness" is eazzzzzing.

WW - the garden looks fantastic - thanku so much for sharing that with us. Thanku for the weekend too.

Smooches all. Here on deck Smile

Hi Steve am in a very small village between Devon and borders of Cornwall. Most people know each other and each other's business as is so typical in villages. I am very much a loner, as the saying goes I am not alone but am lonely!

My children have to travel quite a way every day to get to school about 12 miles from door to door.

Glad you liked the garden, we have a small veg patch too, but have been a bit lax in keeping it together this year, my mother has made sure that it is now planted with the essentials. I have just made a rhubarb crumble from the rhubarb in my garden - tastes wonderful! X
