Me, I am being spoilt tonight with Duck for dinner... Having a great day and evening, I took 1 day off work, I can not believe it, I did it, I can't do it, now obviously I've proven myself wrong Smile

has anybody cleaned the spittoons lately?

nothin' worse than overfull spittoons...

well, yes there is, but I'm quite sure the captain has the head in working order...

It's not my week to clean the spittoons.

But the bunks are made and the deck is swabbed.

Where is the captain to do inspections anyway?

Spittoons are nasty.

If you fellows must chew tobacco - just go spit over the side. And if I see tobbacco spit down the side of the boat YOU will be cleaning it up - even if I have to hang you by your toes to do it.

Listen here mismi and Stormwatch, we may have a female captain, but I'm the Bosun and deputy when Izzie is absent. So remember what I says goes, don't forget men rule this good old ship! Guys you want to chew and spit do what comes naturally and plonk it anywhere you like. I know FS will dispute my claim but she'll soon tow the line when the Bosun put his case. Now girls have I made myself clear?

mismi, summer ball is going great. We have a big tournament this weekend. So glad High School ball is over now...absolutely miserable coach who's time for retirement is well overdue.

I too love summer!!!

Spendius was using the spitoons during last night's England Euro Cup game.

In the quarter finals, England will play Italy and Germany will play Greece. If England and Germany win, they will face each other in the semi-finals. (If this happens, I will stay inside my private quarters to root for Germany.) Smile

I hope "we" beat Italy, because matches between Germany and England are always full of interest. I assume of course, that Germany will beat Greece.
